Peter Hao

欧露克国际教育创始人兼中国区CEO， 中美教育研究协会上海分会首任会长，美国肯尼布鲁克营地驻中国首席咨询师；曾经做过英语教学和培训师，拥有20年的教育和国际交流的从业经验，多年从事家 庭教育和国际教育；英文名字Peter，因为常年带领青少年扬帆远航到海外游学，被大家亲切地成为“彼得船长”，彼得船长倡导快乐、收获、成长的营地教育理念，鼓励营员们通过体验式的教育活动， 获得知识和阅历、提升沟通交际能力、团队协作能力、创意创新能力和批判性思维，成为21世纪真正有用的人才。

With 20  years working experience in English education and international exchange,Haoli also studied parenting education and international education for  many years. Bringing Chinese students to studyand  to experience camp education abroad, with English name Peter, Haoli is called Captain Peter. Peter believes that through camp education all children will have happiness, gain, and growth. He encourages the campers to gain knowledge and experience through camp, and improve their communication skills, collaboration abilities, creative abilities and critical thinking. To be a real talent in 21st century.

丽莎·赛里格森 —— 项目总监

Lisa Seligson

在作为项目总监的5年中，丽莎 · 赛里格森的工作就是不断提供新的营地项目内容和保证项目的质量。丽莎从不同年龄段的生理，性格，智力角度入手，结合教育法，开发出一系列适合各个年龄层次 的孩子所需求的运动，艺术，学术和手工技艺等产品内容。丽莎同时还是一名小学老师，在Three Village Central School 教授自然科学。丽莎利用自己在学术上教学法上的特长，给兰德曼家族营地 项目提供源源不断的富有教育意义的项目。

叶明 —— 全球项目整合总监

Aaron Ye

曾就任于美国长岛PORTLEDGE LOWER SCHOOL 科学老师。曾就任于纽约美国之星Peschool皇后校区主任。毕业于纽约长岛大学，教育学硕士学位，纽约州认证教师。 个人理念：教育的使命 是将孩子培养成一个完整的社会人，而完成这一任务不光是老师，家长和孩子的责任，而是整个社会的责任。我们要做的就是通过个性化的教育创造孩子在学校之外的技能和品格提升的机会，通过运动，科技，手工和社会实践的机会让孩子拥有完整的21世纪人才所具备的沟通，合作，创意和辩证思维的能力。

Aaron is a science teacher at Long Island Portledge Lower school, the director of Star America Preschool Queens district. He has Graduated from Long  Island University with Master Degree of Education. Certified teacher of New York State. Philosophy：He believes in the imagination, creativity, and  inventiveness of children just as much as he believes in the importance of their personhood. He believes in the role of educator as agents of change,  posing dilemmas that challenge our children to think in more critical ways.

Jordan Wendelken —— 项目主管

欧露克野外生存项目主管。毕业于美国德州贝勒大学户外教育专业，超过15年户外生存教育经验野外生存认证教练及导师，无痕荒野教练，野外急救员，雪崩救援员，医疗培训师。拥有30天的野外丛林探险经验和90天的独自荒野挑战经验。被人们亲切地称为美国的“贝尔”，野外生存技能专家。

Director of the UOUTLOOK field survival program. Graduated from the university of Baylor outdoor education major. He has more than 15 years of outdoor  survival education experience, is a certified coach and mentor of field survival, trace less wilderness coach, field first aid worker, avalanche rescue worker,  and medical trainer. As well as 30 days of wild jungle exploration experience and 90 days of solo wilderness challenge experience. People affectionately  known as the "Bell" in the United States are expert field survivalist.

邓婷·博延顿  —— 教育研究院院长

作为欧露克教育研究院院长，还担任了美国教育研究协会（AERA）171分会会长，中美教育研究协会会长，美国弗吉尼亚大学教育心理学博士。是美国积极心理学流派，互值理论创始人，深耕教育心理学。作为欧露克营地教育系列课程研发总设计师，总结提炼自身近20年的教育经验和智慧，充分融合中西方教育理论，吸收采纳美国各教育学派思想精华的基础上所形成的优秀理论成果，在美国大中小学众多的办学实践中，其卓越的成效得到反复证明。

As President of the education research institute in UOUTLOOK, she also served as President of the 171 branch of the AERA in USA, President of the education  research association in China and USA, and doctor of psychology of education in the university of Virginia. She is the founder of the American school of  positive psychology, reciprocity theory. As chief designer of UOUTLOOK curriculum development and refining her nearly 20 years of experience in education  and wisdom, aims to fully integrate Chinese and western education theory, mirroring American school education thought on the basis of its outstanding theoretical results. Formed by the practice of large number of primary and middle schools in the United States and has shown outstanding results again and again.

性格开朗，热爱生活，曾服役于中国空军部队，中国中级体验式培训师。在十余年的户外拓展培训的过程中，多次为复文教育、屈臣氏、巨衫资产、上海建行等知名企事业单位和 青少年培训机构提供培训服务。每年培训轮训5千人次以上。现担任欧露克中国地区市场拓展经理，并且也是欧露克的户外指导员、AHA急救人员和青少年素质拓展教育营地导师。希望通过丰富的户外 培训经验，为合作方和市场提供最优质的产品服务。

A young man with a cheerful personality and love for life. Served in the Chinese air force and also an intermediate experiential trainer in China. In the process of more than ten years of  outdoor development training, we have provided training services for education, watsons, jusheng asset, Shanghai construction bank and other well-known enterprises, institutions and  youth training institutions. I have more then 5000 times have done Annual training rotation training. Currently, at UOUTLOOK I am the market development manager, and the outdoor  instructor, the AHA first-aid staff and the mentor of education camp for quality development of teenagers. We hope to provide partners and markets with the best quality products and  services through rich outdoor training experience.

唐林林 —— 商务拓展总监

梦雅负责公司的渠道管理及项目运营，师范专业，爱好历史和文学，爱钻研，做事认真负责，曾作为兼职讲师作客上海市徐汇区图书馆，热爱青少年营地教育和研学旅行事业，执行力强。

Mengya Luo , who is responsible for the company's sales channel management and camp programs operation,majors education. She was part-time lecturer of Shanghai Xuhui District Library, loves history and literature, loves studying, works seriously, loves Youth Camp education and research travel, and has strong executive power.

罗梦雅 —— 渠道销售和项目运营主管

刘勇良（小凉）负责公司的自媒体运营。设计专业，自带阳光，走路带风，性格活泼开朗，在营地活动中，永远是无微不至地照顾营员们的那位大哥哥，懂孩子更懂家长，希望成为每一位营员的知心朋友。是一个十足的细节控，热爱营地教育，热爱一切身边美好的事物。

Songe Liu（Xiao Liang） is responsible for the company's we media operation. The design is professional, with sunshine and wind when walking. He is lively and cheerful. In the camp activities, he will always be the big brother who takes care of the campers. He knows children and parents, and hopes to become a close friend of every camper. He is a full detail control, loves camp education and all beautiful things around him.
